Angel Babies

Reach out and we’ll be there…………
After personally suffering two early miscarriages, in 1976 and 1984. I always reflect back now after all those years at that sad time in my life those two Angel Babies I lost in early pregnancy are just as special as part of my life as my three grown up Son’s. At that time all those years ago, miscarriages were very much a taboo not much was revealed the only thing on offer was to get ‘churched’ a service that was performed by the local vicar or priest as a way of easing the heartache, there were no services available it was more or less brushed under the carpet, and you just got on with your life.
Every year to ‘celebrate’ my Angel Babies passing’s, in my grief I would often wonder if I could actually have a place to visit or a place to either light a candle or put some fitting words on a condolence page this would honour their memory and ease the pain and anguish. I have no grave or memorial plaque to recognise this. Like so many other parents in the country who have been through the same sorrow whether it be miscarriage, still birth or infant loss.
So often when we lose a baby during especially in early pregnancy, our loss goes unacknowledged by those around us, no-one seems to be able to find the right words at all. The earlier the loss or miscarriage the fewer means of support and ways to honour those Angel babies there seems to be. It is my desire and personal quest that every parent in the country will be supported through their loss, that their grief is acknowledged and that pain and suffering, however large, be dispersed away into the Universe by the help of those messengers we simply call Angels.
I hope to add, in the future, other memorial pages for Adults and pets, we are all part of the Universe, we all breathe the same air and we all need a place to belong, it may even help others too, so if you know someone close to you who needs to share their sorrow, please tell them about us, tell them about Angel HQ…… I have created these memorial pages and added unique gifts and keepsakes as a small way for everyone to be able to honour all of those tiny lives who have been chosen to leave their footprints and memories etched on our hearts forever……………
